Dear Mr. Merck,

I would like to ask two things
1) how long does it takes to have an appointment and the operation (since you said it will be at the same day)? From an other forum I read that someone has an appointment in July 2006 with another doctor, since probably you are very busy.
2) I saw on TV that, after the doctor take a picture of the patient, he/she can already show to the patient the approx. risult on the computer, with a special program. Do you also offer the same service? Would I mean is that the patien can already see the result even befor the operation.

Dear Michi,

Please send a eMail to service@merck-ecs.com. There you will be given an appointment.
We do not need a computer simulation of the new position of the ears. You can control and co-determine the new position during the procedure with a hand-held mirror. This is much more effective than any computer simulation.
