Dear Dr. Merck,

The percentage is small, but there are some cases in which the thread comes out again. How do you remove it? Because you say that you don´t cut. I would think that in this case you would have to cut, wouldn't you?
I can't imagine how you sew without cutting, in this case you practically sew "blindly".
It seems almost incredible!!

Dear Guest,

If the knot of a thread is exposed, it is very easy to remove it quickly without making any kind of incision.
If only a piece of a thread is sticking out, it is in fact necessary to make a small incision (about 3 mm) to find the knot with the thread. This cut heals practically invisibly and is on the back side of the auricle.
This is a quick procedure as well.
