Dear Dr. Merck,
The percentage is small, but there are some cases in which the thread comes out again. How do you remove it? Because you say that you donĀ“t cut. I would think that in this case you would have to cut, wouldn't you?
I can't imagine how you sew without cutting, in this case you practically sew "blindly".
It seems almost incredible!!

Dear Guest,
If the knot of a thread is exposed, it is very easy to remove it quickly without making any kind of incision.
If only a piece of a thread is sticking out, it is in fact necessary to make a small incision (about 3 mm) to find the knot with the thread. This cut heals practically invisibly and is on the back side of the auricle.
This is a quick procedure as well.
